I bardzo dobrze. Wolą wyłożyć troche kasy na badania niż płacić za metale rzadkie.
I to było pokazane w TV - Newsy o 7 rano na pierwszym miejscu. Zastanawiam się - albo w Najjaśniejszej nic mądrego się nie wymyśla (z różnych względów) i np. Politechniki są tylko miejscem na robienie kasy a powinny być kuźnią wynalazków (i to jest osobny temat) albo naprawde patrzymy tylko politykom na ręce bo na portalu http://www.naukawpolsce.pap.pl ciężko znaleźć coś odkrywczego. I to jest smutne :)

New DoCoMo smartphone case able to detect radiation
NTT DoCoMo Inc. has developed a smartphone case featuring a function that measures radiation levels.
The case has a sensor on it that identifies radiation levels, and the results show up on the screen. A special application must be installed to take advantage of the service.

Govt to increase taxes to fund reconstruction
Japan's government intends to increase taxes for a temporary period to create funds of about 10 trillion yen, or about 130 billion dollars, to rebuild areas devastated by the March 11th disaster.
The policy was confirmed at a meeting of the government's task force for reconstruction held on Tuesday evening with all Cabinet ministers attending.
At the meeting, Prime Minister Naoto Kan asked the ministers to work quickly to formulate a basic reconstruction plan before the end of the month.
Reconstruction Minister Tatsuo Hirano reported that the intensive reconstruction planned for the next 5 years will cost 19 trillion yen, or about 240 billion dollars.
He said deficit-covering bonds will be issued for reconstruction and that taxes will be increased to help redeem the bonds. Taxes will be increased for 5 years in principle, and for 10 years at the longest.
The government plans to increase mainly core taxes and the government's Tax Commission will discuss details next month. Core taxes include income tax, corporate tax and consumption tax.
Hirano later told reporters that the government aims to announce both a basic reconstruction plan and a fiscal plan before the end of the month. He said the government will immediately start consulting related parties and will also hear views from opposition parties before making public specific figures involving the fiscal plan.

Govt to buy back cesium-contaminated beef
The Japanese government says it will buy back beef containing unsafe levels of radioactive cesium that has already reached the distribution chain.

NHK has learned that nearly 2,900 head of cattle allegedly given such feed have been shipped to 46 of Japan's 47 prefectures, excluding Okinawa.
Excessive levels of cesium have been detected in beef in 6 of the prefectures, including Fukushima, where work continues to contain a nuclear plant accident.
Beef with radioactive cesium at levels within the safety limit will not be bought back. But, the government will subsidize the cost of storing it for the time being.
Agriculture minister Kano assured consumers that these measures will ensure that only safe beef reaches market.

The costs of purchasing and storing the beef will be eventually passed on to Tokyo Electric Power Company, the operator of the disabled nuclear plant.

The government will also help livestock farmers affected by restrictions and price declines by offering them 50,000 yen, or about 640 dollars, for each head of cattle that was supposed to be shipped.

Piasek z placu zabaw ok. 140 Bq/kg cezu (total) - poziom bezpieczny dla dzieci. Ta koncentracja moze powodowac podniesienie dawki rocznej dla dzieci o ok. 0.005 mSv, przy zalozeniu ze dziecko bawi sie na zewnatrz 2 godz/dzien.
Mleko - ok. 2 Bq/l (cez calkowity) wiec nie jest tego duzo. Jakkoliwek jest obecny i trzeba niestety uwazac co sie je, pije, itp....

Fukushima i krowy
"Zastrzelić a potem przesłuchać" jak mawiali starożytni rosjanie. W Dżapanezji obudzili się że krowy karmione paszą z Fukushima mogą stać się źródłem cezu - "zjeść a potem przebadać". No i teraz wielkie ruszenie. Do tej pory najwięcej cezu w paszy znaleźli w ... Shizuoka - jakieś 300 km od Fukushima, bo tam wysłali pasze ;)

Anna Maria Jopek + Makoto Ozone + Robert Kubiszyn.
Niezwykły koncert zorganiowany przez polską ambasadę w Tokio z okazji Polska Prezydencja w Radzie Unii Europejskiej i pomocy dla ofiar trzęsienia w Japonii. Wielkie podziękowania dla Pani Ambasador ;).
Jak zwykle najlepsze były improwizacje. Roberto bardzo pięknie wczuł się w rytm Ozone-san. A głos Anny Marii - zachwycający i przejmujący ;)
